5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the Melbourne region only. All products are made to order and delivered fresh within 2 days of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
• Circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)
• Customer unavailability at delivery time

6. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Satisfaction

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Returns and Refunds:

• Returns are accepted only if products are faulty or damaged upon arrival
• Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or faulty product
• If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue through reasonable means
• Proof of purchase must be provided for all refund requests

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order by calling us at +61 468 393 896 or emailing hello@indusharvest.com.au within the same business day of placing your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

All our products are made to order with care and comply with Australian food safety standards.

Product Information:

• All products are naturally gluten-free
• All products are 100% vegetarian
• Some products may contain yogurt and are not suitable for vegans
• Products may contain allergens such as nuts, seeds, or mustard - all clearly listed on labels
• Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens before consumption

Storage and Consumption:

• As our products are made to order for ultimate freshness, they should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt
• Products should be consumed within 6-7 days for best quality and fresh flavours
• We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects
• Always use clean utensils to avoid contamination
