Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75!
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. Factors that may affect delivery:
- Remote or regional locations may experience longer delivery times
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Peak shopping periods (Christmas, Easter)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Issues
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. You may also be able to redirect the package to a nearby collection point.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check the tracking information
- Contact the courier using the tracking number
- If the issue persists, contact us at hello@indusharvest.com.au
Wrong Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package, and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. We use:
- Protective bubble wrap for glass jars
- Sturdy cardboard boxes
- Eco-friendly packing materials where possible
- Clear product labels and handling instructions
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with labels intact
- In resaleable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened food products (unless faulty)
- Products past their expiry date
- Items not in original condition
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if products are:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Not as described
- Significantly different from what was ordered
Reporting Damaged Items
If your products arrive damaged:
- Take photos of the damage (including packaging)
- Contact us within 48 hours at hello@indusharvest.com.au
- Include your order number and photos
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email hello@indusharvest.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable
- Receive Approval: We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship the Return: Package items securely and send to the address provided
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We cover all costs and send correct item free of charge
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the items (1-2 business days)
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate you'd like an exchange
- We'll send the replacement item once we receive your return
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges due to our error
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it:
- Contact us with the gift receipt or order number
- We'll issue a refund via store credit or to the original purchaser (with their permission)
- Standard return conditions apply
